Our Process — The Client Journey
We believe in clarity at every step. Here is what you can expect when you work with us.
Submission
You bring or post your item(s) with a signed declaration of ownership.
Weighing & Photograph
Each item is weighed on a calibrated balance and photographed for your records.
Initial Testing
We perform an XRF non‑destructive scan and share preliminary findings
Confirmation (if needed)
For high‑value or suspicious items, we recommend fire assay or density testing.
Reporting
A digital certificate of purity is issued within 24–48 hours.
Smelting (optional)
If requested, we melt your material with appropriate flux and pour into a bar or button.
Final Purity Check
The solidified bar is re‑tested using XRF to confirm final purity.
Payout or Return
You receive either the refined bullion or a cash payment (after deducting agreed fees).
